So, here are my top 5 songs to run to. Please send me your favorite workout music and help kill my boredom!
- Reggae Got Soul / Toots and the Maytals f. Ken Boothe and Marcia Griffiths
- Version on "True Love" is the perfect running beat. Linked version is a bit slow, but you get the idea.
- Paper Planes / M.I.A
- Again... all about the beat. Seems a bit slow, but every gun shot is a step
- Queen Bitch / David Bowie
- Madly in love with this man!
- Shake Appeal / Iggy and the Stooges
- And what's David without Iggy? No link as vids are too embarrassing for words.
- I Only Want You / Eagles of Death Metal
- Actually, quite a bit like the Iggy tune. Hmmm... maybe I better add one more...
Hey Ya / Outkast
And one to cool down to...
I Wish I Knew Natalie Portman / k-os f. Nelly Furtado and Saukrates
Still trying to figure out how to add video to my posts, but too lazy to attempt it now. Tips would be great. :]

And what's Iggy and Bowie without some Queen. ;-) For a high energy sprint, I really like "Don't stop me now" / Queen
Hmmm... my suggestions would be for an entirely different mix I think... like a more electronic mix...
I'm LOVING this song SO MUCH. It's on my cyclefit mix. It's really peppy and yet something about the way the chorus sounds makes me feel a little verklempt.

This is also on my cycle mix. I have good feelings about it since it was used on So you think you can Dance with an Alice in Wonderland theme.

Also loving this song, but it may not be upbeat enough...

And this is really good too. As I told you on New Years Eve I am convinced that Matthew Bellamy is Freddie Mercury reincarnated.

If you want to embed video on your blog click on embed (just below the video player on the right hand side), copy the code, paste it into your post, preview post to make sure it worked... voila.
Let me know what you think of all this music and the embedding video advice. :)
Dang it, I thought those links would actually work as links... wonder why not. Perhaps I'm not the one who should be giving any technical advice... I'm sure that usually works... Here let me try this...

I think it's that stupid playnext code in there that's messing it up. grumble, grumble...
Anyhow you can copy the links and paste them in over at youtube and they work, just not a direct click like they should be. Boo.
Nope, that didn't work either. Okay, I'm going to stop being annoying now. :)
