Harper's Conservative government delivered their first budget on May 2nd. There has been a lot of bantering back and forth about whether the GST cut and child care "beer and popcorn" money are beneficial or not, and to whom, but there doesn't seem to be any disagreement about spending on environmental issues and programs.
